Terms of Service

1. Application

These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between users and the Company regarding the use of the Service. Any supplementary terms or additional rules posted within the Service shall form part of these Terms.

2. User Registration

Registration via a Google account is required to use the Service. We may reject registration in the following cases:

1. The applicant has previously violated these Terms 2. The registration information contains false, incorrect, or incomplete information 3. We otherwise determine that registration is inappropriate

3. Account Management

Users shall manage their accounts under their own responsibility. Users may not transfer or lend their accounts to any third party under any circumstances. We assume no liability for any damage caused to us or third parties by unauthorized use of an account.

4. Service Description

The Service is a Chrome extension and web platform that automatically saves and organizes text selected by users on AI chat services (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).

1. Free Plan: Anchor storage (up to 20, 14-day retention), local storage 2. Pro Plan: Unlimited anchor storage, cloud storage with no expiration while subscribed

We may change the contents of the Service without prior notice to users.

5. Fees and Payment

1. The Free Plan is available at no charge 2. Pro Plan pricing is billed monthly at the rate displayed on the pricing page 3. Payments are processed via credit card through Stripe 4. Plan upgrades take effect immediately; the subscription period is one month from the date of purchase 5. Cancellations may be made until the day before the next renewal date; the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period 6. No refunds will be issued for mid-term cancellations

6. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

1. Activities that violate laws or public morals 2. Activities related to criminal acts 3. Activities that infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights of the Company or third parties 4. Activities that place excessive load on our servers or network 5. Activities that may interfere with the operation of the Service 6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof 7. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users 8. Impersonating other users 9. Activities that provide benefits to anti-social forces through the Service 10. Sending mass requests to the Service using automated scripts or similar tools 11. Any other activities deemed inappropriate by us

7. Service Suspension and Discontinuation

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:

1. Maintenance of servers, communication lines, or other equipment 2. When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as natural disasters or power outages 3. System or communication failures 4. When we otherwise determine that suspension or discontinuation is necessary

We assume no liability for any damage caused to users or third parties by the suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

1. We do not warrant, expressly or implicitly, that the Service is free from defects (including defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, or bugs) 2. We assume no liability for any damage arising from the Service, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence 3. As the Service operates in conjunction with third-party AI services (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), we are not responsible for issues arising from specification changes, failures, or discontinuation of such third-party services 4. We have no obligation to back up stored data. For Free plan data stored in the browser's local storage, we are not responsible for data loss due to browser data clearing or similar actions

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms as we deem necessary. Modified Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this page. For material changes, we will notify users through in-service notifications and request renewed consent. Users who do not agree to the modified Terms should discontinue use of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office.
